Mikoto Misaka and her friends ar back, work rumors across Academy town. Soon, Mikoto discovers one thing terrifying: horrific experiments ar going down throughout town, involving the murder of thousands of espers. Moreover, these espers ar faraway from simply normal people: they're clones of Mikoto herself. Feeling chargeable for their treatment, she activates to place associate finish to the experiments; but, the forces opposing her ar rather more dangerous than she anticipated, and Mikoto finds herself up against a number of the foremost powerful espers possible.
