เรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับไดโคลเนียส (Diclonius) มนุษย์กลายพันธุ์ประเภทสองเขา (คล้ายหูแมว) และมีแขนที่เรียกว่า ”เวกเตอร์” (vectors) ซึ่งไม่มีใครสามารถมองเห็นได้นอกจากไดโคลเนียสด้วยกันเอง แขนนี้สามารถทะลุผ่านได้ทุกสิ่ง ทำอะไรก็ได้แม้กระทั่งฆ่าคน และเด็กสาวที่กลายพันธุ์คนแรกก็คือ ”ลูซี่” ตัวเอกของเรื่องที่ทำให้คนปกติเกลียดและปฏิเสธเธอเพียงเพราะแค่เธอมีเขา ส่งผลให้เกิดเรื่องราวความแค้นต่างๆ ตามมาในภายหลัง

Lucy could be a special breed of human observed as "Diclonius," born with a brief combine of horns and invisible telekinetic hands that lands her as a victim of inhuman scientific experimentation by the govt.. However, once circumstances gift her a chance to flee, Lucy, corrupted by the confinement and torture, unleashes a torrent of bloodshed as she escapes her captors.

During her jailbreak, she receives a disabling head injury that leaves her with a split personality: somebody with the mentality of a harmless kid possessing restricted speech capability. during this state of instability, she stumbles upon 2 faculty students, Kouta and his full cousin Yuka, World Health Organization unwittingly take associate degree lacerate fugitive into their care, unaware of her cutthroat tendencies. This act of kindness can amendment their lives, as they shortly notice themselves dragged into the shadowy world of presidency secrecy and conspiracy.
